Legacy Moments service updates
This optional SMS program provides inquiry acknowledgments, booking confirmations after the contract and agreed initial payment are completed, event preparation updates, and notifications when your photos or videos are ready. It does not include promotional offers or internal staff alerts.
Enrollment
To opt in, enter your US phone number and check the separate SMS consent box on our contact or quote request form. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and service milestones. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages do not replace your contract, payment receipt, or delivery agreement.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive no further service text messages unless you separately request and complete re-enrollment; one confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. Reply HELP for help, email info@legacymoments.photo, or call (812) 573-3883. Email remains available when you do not choose SMS.
Privacy
Your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
